Annual Membership Drive
Once again it's time for our annual membership drive. Your membership and support really mean a lot to us and give us a real boost for
the
important work we do on behalf of the Friends and Failies of the LGBTQ Comunity.  In the coming year we will continue our work on a number of projects including our monthly support meetings, PrideWorks, working with the Westchester PRIDE Coalition, participation in events to increase Westchester's awareness of PFLAG, and marching in the Pride Parade. We are asking for you to continue to support our mission to educate, advocate, and provide support with your annual membership.

Equality and Justice Day
The Empire State Pride Agenda is sponsoring Equality & Justice Day in Albany on Tuesday, May 8. This annual event is a unique
opportunity to
show the strength and support of the LGBT community in Albany, featuring a rally at the Capitol, workshops, caucuses, and visits with elected representatives. It's also the largest statewide gathering of our movement, helping us strengthen our ties and build the coalitions so critical to advancing our goals.

The Philadelphia Trans-Health Conference
The Philadelphia Trans-Health Conference (PTHC) was conceptualized by a group of transgender activists, allies, and service
providers who saw the need to educate providers on Transgender care. About 150 people gathered in a few rooms at a Friends school for a day of education in 2002. In the past couple years the
conference attendance has grown exponentially and programming has greatly expanded. At the 2011 conference, over 185 workshops were offered and there were over 30
additional activities during the three days of the conference. Click here
